A very famous blended whisky, a rather good blend too. Jim Murray awarded Teacher's Highland Cream 90 points in his Whisky Bible.
Fruity, malty aromas. Just a hint of peat smoke with a good dollop of gooey toffee.
Soft smoke, barley malt and manuka honey. Hints of Malt-driven palate with soft spices.
Malt and smoke on the finish. Classic.
Smoky smooth blended whisky centred around 45% of Ardmore single malt. On the nose smoke, barley, toffee and vanilla. On the palate small peat and smoke but also very creamy with honey, vanilla and sweet malt. Finish is rather short. Q/P balance is very high. Next to JWBL it is the only blend I use on a daily basis. 82 points.
My favourite blend which I prefer to many malts. Rounded and very satisfying
I drink nothing else. Perfect for making a Whisky Sour. Make sure you use only Eureka lemons.
Not bad. A bit of a novice here, so though I liked it, I don't have enough range yet to score it more than a half. The first time I tried it it seemed a bit harsh, but after that it is much nicer. I love it with salty almond chocolate.
This is a traditional blend with a high (45%) malt content. Lots of flavour. It's a favourite with me. Avoid awful Famous Grouse and Bell's etc and opt for this. Highly recommended.
