A very famous blended whisky, a rather good blend too. Jim Murray awarded Teacher's Highland Cream 90 points in his Whisky Bible.
Fruity, malty aromas. Just a hint of peat smoke with a good dollop of gooey toffee.
Soft smoke, barley malt and manuka honey. Hints of Malt-driven palate with soft spices.
Malt and smoke on the finish. Classic.

buggy my first bottle a few years ago in Delaware....it just showed up in Pennsylvania...or at least I just noticed! $16.99... for the so-called bargain bottles, this, along with Grant's, steals the show. deft blending at both distilleries. creamy spicy ghost-smokiness slight peat sweetness...and beck, I'm a teacher ?
Teacher's Highland Cream is wonderful. One of those rare blends at an affordable price, with no compromises. While previous years (2010-2014 I reckon) showcased a drop of quality, this bottle bought in 2017 redeemed the Teacher's brand for me. On the nose there is an abundance of citrus notes, vanilla and undertones of peat. On the palate, Teacher's has a very mild oaken barley body with none of the usual sugary/ heat of budget blends. In the finish, Teacher's is reminiscent of Johnnie Walker black label as it gives a lingering peat flavour. While this blend does not bring the complexity of single malt, it is enjoyable enough to sip straight. Easily the best budget blended Scotch whisky I have ever had.
One of the best, if not the best, blended whisky on the market, leans towards a malt whisky. Very good rating from Whisky Magazines. Obviously it all depends on ones palate but very enjoyable for an evening in with feet up in front of the television
it is good scotch thats why i purchase
It's light for me even everthing else is ok
