A very famous blended whisky, a rather good blend too. Jim Murray awarded Teacher's Highland Cream 90 points in his Whisky Bible.
Fruity, malty aromas. Just a hint of peat smoke with a good dollop of gooey toffee.
Soft smoke, barley malt and manuka honey. Hints of Malt-driven palate with soft spices.
Malt and smoke on the finish. Classic.

THC used to be my daily respite. However, I gave up on it a while ago as it changed and became too harsh to enjoy. After a long hiatus, I thought I'd pick up a bottle to see if we could become best friends again. Alas, not to be. In fact, my old friend has stooped to even lower on the pole. I wouldn't say I had great expectations, but my tiny bit of hope has been quashed. Virtually no peat, skinny, lightly colored alcohol. Most likely I'll dump it in my blending bottle and hope a miracle happens when introduced to other bottom dwellers.
Definitely my favourite blended whisky, ufortunately none of the main supermarkets now stock it so I need to order from a small independant store
Ten years ago this was good .it taste like oven cleaner or something now.its awful.i put loads of cinnamon in the bottle.then maple syrup.and use it on my porridge.but even after that masking.you still get that chemical taste leaking out
By far the most foul whisky I’ve ever had the displeasure of drinking. We took a few sips, and ended up pouring it down the sink. We both felt quite ill afterwards due to the rank aftertaste. Won’t be drinking teachers again
It’s under $20 for a 1.75 liter at my local liquor store. Very flavorful. Wonderfully high malt content. The peat is a higher quality flavor than all the johnnie walkers in my opinion. Grants is a fine blend but more money and less flavorful. Famous grouse is very poor compared to teachers highland cream side by side. There is no better valued scotch on the market in the US.
