A very famous blended whisky, a rather good blend too. Jim Murray awarded Teacher's Highland Cream 90 points in his Whisky Bible.
Fruity, malty aromas. Just a hint of peat smoke with a good dollop of gooey toffee.
Soft smoke, barley malt and manuka honey. Hints of Malt-driven palate with soft spices.
Malt and smoke on the finish. Classic.

I love the smokiness and the maltiness in the nose I also love the salty notes I get in the taste. I am surprised how good this blend is it’s dangerously delicious. I never gave it any attention because of its low price but I was wrong
Have been drinking Teachers for more than 40 years and have never been disappointed. Notice it is not peated as much as in the past. Have tried several high priced single malts and they are not any better than Teachers.
In the UAE we get a1 litre for anything between US$ 15 to US$ 30 depending on where it is purchased. I do not believe that there is any brand out there with the same quality at this price range.
Bought a 2019 bottle, where the label no longer mentions Ardmore. Sharp and peaty. What I would term a one sip whisky, where after the fragrant first sip the flavour gives way to the bite and sharpness. Tried a lemon cocktail but the peaty saltiness did not complement surprisingly.
I don't love peat always.... But, when Teacher's Highland Cream is concerned, I 'm left with no other choice...
