Reviews for Teacher's Highland Cream
Well surprised
After my disposable income has disappeared due to my baby I have been looking for an affordable blend. Chivas 12yo is $50 NZ and very nice too, but teachers at 1 litre for about $36 NZ is more like it. I heard mixed reviews but just bought a bottle for my birthday, ( I must admit I bought some Coke just in case it was undrinkable straight). I am happy to say I think it's really tasty, lightly smokey with a nice finish and worth every cent. If I have to say a negative it is pretty sweet like all cheap blends but miles better than say Glen Moray. I can wholeheartedly recommend teachers if your budget won't stretch too far you won't be disappointed.

Proof that whisky isn't just whisky.
I'll admit to being a beginner with whisky and wanted to try something more challenging then the light sweet stuff I had so far. Nosing Teacher's got my mouth watering (how can that possibly be a bad thing right). An aroma of menthol and smoke greets you, tasting it gives a rich malt sweetness that really coats your mouth and stays after you swallow. If you're looking for something that gives a taste of how varied whisky styles are without spending a crazy amount of money, this can be a good choice.

I've been drinking much better in it's priceclass
To much straw in it, found much better in it's price category. Talisman, Bell's, Stewart's, Lauders etc. I do even think Royal Canadian was better..

Teacher Teach Me.
The most complex blended Scotch out there bar none. Comparable to some single malts at triple the cost. Smokey and fruity notes make it a great every day libation. Cheers !!!

Too bad
Once my all time favorite. Can't put where it went wrong. Keep trying every year but no change too bad. I hope it's gonna change because this was my first whisky.
