A very famous blended whisky, a rather good blend too. Jim Murray awarded Teacher's Highland Cream 90 points in his Whisky Bible.
Fruity, malty aromas. Just a hint of peat smoke with a good dollop of gooey toffee.
Soft smoke, barley malt and manuka honey. Hints of Malt-driven palate with soft spices.
Malt and smoke on the finish. Classic.

Nice
Smoke, peat, smooth, almost single malt like. For the money this leaves Grouse, Bells, Grants et al far, far behind. I like my whisky, live in Speyside, and maintain that for an everyday whisky, possibly to add water to, you can't beat Teachers, it actually tastes of something other than young, harsh blended whisky, which is the characteristic of the other blends I have mentioned.
perfect , one of my favourites.
For the price this stuff is fantastic. It's reminiscent of highland park in that you have a sort of speyside sweetness with a noticeably subtle peatey overtone, which I like very much (Something old fans of the blend don't seem to really appreciate, as it used to be unpeated or had next to none. And peat is all the rage now!). Neat you can taste the grain, so I prefer it with ice which masks the raw alcohol pretty well, as it does most blends. It tastes almost like a single malt with ice, so if you can tolerate a cold scotch, it will be quite enjoyable . Of the cheap blended scotch I've had this one is my favorite so far.
Good in taste
