Nose: Woody, spicy nose with hints of dark brown sugar and marmalade. Black pepper and Corinth raisins too, with hints of over-ripe grape and dried strawberry.
Palate: Minty, with notes of cooked strawberries and apple tart. Dried grass and toasted oak. A good malt core.
Finish: Fruity finish, with black pepper and chamomile tea on the tail.
