Terrific single cask Tamdhu single malt, independently bottled by Càrn Mòr for the Celebration of the Cask range. This aged in a hogshead for 20 years (from May 1997 to October 2017) before being bottled at cask strength with an outturn of 215 bottles.
Spiced molasses, lemon curd, iced buns.
Waxy apples and orange peels, cedar and mint leaf.
Enjoyably long and packed full of toffee notes.
