A mysterious single malt here from The Single Cask, sourced from an undisclosed Highland distillery. While we don't know what kind of cask it matured in, we do know that it rested for seven years, yielding 239 bottles at a hefty 65% ABV, bottled under the Strathdearn name. The label has been designed by a tattoo artist, which is why 'Scotch and Tattoos' is adorned across the top!
Delicately smoky, lemon curd, apple tart, and honey.
Juicy and peaty, barbecued fruit, baking spice, and roasted coffee bean.
Light smoke, candied ginger, citrus peels, and Bakewell tart.
