The first public release of 10 year old English single malt whisky from the English Whisky Co.! This expression was aged in a single first-fill oloroso sherry cask for a whole decade, before being bottled at cask strength for the Founders Private Cellar series. Just 210 bottles were produced.
Tasting Note by The Producer
Nose
Rich dark fruits, dates, raisins, figs, oaky, Cinnamon and All Spice. Hints of dark cherries and liquorice.
Palate
Spicy, warm, rich and woody. Again raisins, dates, figs, dark cherries and Cinnamon. Light notes of ginger and aniseed.
