Sherry
Independently bottled single malt English whisky from the English Whisky Co., matured for seven years and finished in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry cask. It was then bottled up by GreatDrams at 48.2% ABV. A release of 264 bottles.
Honeyed barley and sherried fruit, with gingerbread underneath.
Fig and strawberry jam, cinnamon sticks, a touch of pineapple.
Malty and subtly peppery.
