Criminally good bourbon from St. George Spirits in California. Their Breaking & Entering Bourbon is made with whiskey sourced from rickhouses in Kentucky, "liberated" by St. George distillers Lance Winters and Dave Smith. After sampling nearly 400 barrels, they produced an absolute belter of a blended bourbon. They didn't distil it, but it's a fair cop that they're honest, and their skills as blenders more than atones for the barrel heist!
Nose: Breakfast whiskey this, blueberry pancakes with hot butter and maple syrup! Cola cubes too, rye, green banana and salted plantain tortilla chips.
Palate: Oops, I've spilt a whole mess of maple syrup all over my breakfast now (ha, they'll never know I did it on purpose!) as well as chilli and freshly sliced ripe banana. Dee-licious!
Finish: Rye spice just keeps on lingering.
Overall: This is our kind of bourbon, I can tell you! Never becoming too sweet, it strikes the perfect balance between sweet, spicy and savoury. Top stuff!

Fabulous Bourbon, the smell is incredible and the taste to match. Best Bourbon I've ever had. finished the bottle too quickly, will order another.

Oh this is such a beautiful secret find and I feel like I've discovered gold in a California river and don't want to share it - maple syrup, cinnamon, brown sugar, classic bourbon deep burn...this is very special indeed
