California's St. George Spirits is back in the Breaking & Entering game! Previously a bourbon, Breaking & Entering is now an American whiskey made with barrels of bourbon and rye that the St. George Spirits folks have "pilfered" (or as they would have you believe, sourced) from other distilleries, as well as their very own malt whiskey. Rye, corn, barley and wheat all play their part here, like the ensemble cast of one of those Ocean's movies, and the result is absolutely brilliant. Keep your bottle under lock and key to ensure no one swipes it.
