Hazelburn is the name given to Springbank's unpeated single malt, and here we have a cracking 21-year-old expression, matured in a combo of 80% bourbon, 10% sherry, and 10% Port casks.

Notes of leather-bound books, bung cloths, and dunnage warehouses are followed by sweeter characteristics of treacle, caramel, and bramble.
On the palate, there are notes of marshmallow and candy floss, with a syrupy mouthfeel and subtle mineral note. The earthy tone from the nose carries through.
Notes of cocoa powder, cappuccino, and mint linger in the finish.
