Single Malt
Quite a rare bottling, a sell out malt. This was matured largely in sherry with a little in bourbon. This was released in 2009 as part of an outturn of 7,800 bottles.
This bottle was part of a private collection - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch!
The nose is on resin and almond, a little overripe grape, some tangy fruits, spices and straw. The palate is slightly herbal and floral, notes of barley malt, marzipan and winter spices. The finish is on dry oak with warm spices.
