Green Spot is a fabulous single pot still whiskey and much loved by the critics. This Irish whiskey has come far from the days when it was only sold in Mitchell's grocer shop in the heart of Dublin, though its flavour profile is still just as robust. The whiskey has matured in a combination of first and second fill bourbon casks as well as sherry casks.
Hints of peppermint, malt, sweet barley, sugary porridge, creamy vanilla, papaya and citrus.
Spicy and soft, gentle bourbon oak, green woods, menthol, potpourri.
Creamy, long finish, vanilla.

To be honest I was disapointed doesn't have the creaminess that Powers has, Powers is half the price and just as good!
Pleasantly surprised, new whiskey to add to the favourites list.
Very nice a must try.if your a cider drinker this one will probably suit your pallet
If a whisky could ever be described as "pretty" this may be it. The nose full of sweet floral scents and promises of summer, a palate of more fruit, sugar, toffee and herbs, and a long satisfying sundown style finish. Very different. And very recommended!
Very Good 12 year old Single Malt Irish Whiskey, As good as my favorite 15 Year old Jamison Whiskey.
