Green Spot is a fabulous single pot still whiskey and much loved by the critics. This Irish whiskey has come far from the days when it was only sold in Mitchell's grocer shop in the heart of Dublin, though its flavour profile is still just as robust. The whiskey has matured in a combination of first and second fill bourbon casks as well as sherry casks.
Hints of peppermint, malt, sweet barley, sugary porridge, creamy vanilla, papaya and citrus.
Spicy and soft, gentle bourbon oak, green woods, menthol, potpourri.
Creamy, long finish, vanilla.

Ordered a bottle of this and Teelings Small Batch. This is certainly smoother and has a deep finish, without the power that Teelings has. I really enjoyed this but possibly a little expensive compared to some other good Irish Whiskeys.
This is one of my favourite whiskies, a marvellous combination of flavours that encourage exploration. It’s so good it’s a wonder that the Irish even allow us to drink it.
It's good but not worth near £43 in my opinion ---Still better than buying it in a pub in Liverpool for £6 + for a single
Wow this is a true single pot still Irish whiskey. Amazing aromas and very very smooth to sip and enjoy. Wonderful whiskey to enjoy with friends and family sipping neat. I really like this one a lot.
One of my first Irish whiskeys, and so glad it was. Smooth, creamy, and I actually get the peppermint notes! I can see why this is so popular.
