Another belter from the Speyside Distillery joins our own Master of Malt single-cask collection! Distilled in August 2014, this one spent the next eight years resting in a single cask that we cracked open in March 2023. A release of 469 bottles.

Drizzles of runny honey, vanilla tablet, and buttery shortbread join crisp orchard fruit and creamy, zesty notes of lemon sorbet.
Waves of vanilla custard and creamy white chocolate, crumbly fudge, and a touch of praline, with biscuity malt nestling beneath.
Rich Tea biscuits, soft spice, and a touch of sweet apple trail off with mellow, creamy grist and toasted oak.
An apprehensive purchase, bought as an experiment. I could not have been more surprised or pleased. Lighter cleaner and more delicate than I was expecting. Good feel in the mouth and excellent lingering finish.
