Single malt from the Speyside distillery, aged for 24 years before the folks at WM Cadenhead got their hands on it. It was distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2016 as part of the Small Batch range, with 630 bottles produced.
Starts with shortbread and dried orange peels, before a wave of toffee smothers it all.
Two scoops of vanilla ice cream, followed up by a good layer of caramel and a pinch of cask char.
Cacao and pencil shavings.
