Released for the Spirit of Speyside 2021 whisky festival, this is an eight year old SPEY single malt Scotch whisky, which was distilled in 2013 and matured in an ex-bourbon cask until April 2021. It was bottled at a robust 60% ABV, with only 300 bottles produced.
Toasted marshmallow, grilled pineapple, oily malt, and apricot jam on toast.
Jasmine tea, honeydew melon, creamy vanilla, green apple.
Still packed with orchard fruits and floral barley freshness.
