Drumguish is a single malt from the Speyside distillery, which was founded in Speyside in 1956.
Walnuts, honey, barley. Pepper. Smoke, herbal, leather, cigar boxes, a little fudge.
Rich, soft, fudge, touch of rum.
Cereals, toasted oak, vanilla spice, caramel.
Omg. Its smooth with subtle hints of smoky flavour and peat . My bottle cost me only £15 and a bargain at that .
Had a bottle as a gift, not the worst, but not the best, average is a little harsh, I'd buy another bottle if it was still available but I'd not go out of my way to do so.
Bought it yesterday. It was the cheapest bottle on the shelf. Also the last one. I read other reviews before I opened it. Not the best example of a NAS malt, but not terrible for the price. First sip was kind of harsh, but it opened up a bit for the rest of the pour. I think adding a tsp of water probably helped.

American Welsh family in the USA since the mayflower. I've never been to Scotland but this takes my DNA there.
