    Rotten cold swamp coffee.

I only have two whiskies in my collection of around 70 which are not good. This is one. It’s akin to sickly cold tarry coffee. Left me needing a pint of mint enthused water to try and save my poor tongue. Steer clear. Rotten.

    Not Great

Not keen. It is all smoke & mirrors. Just found the whole taste rather hollow, completely without depth. Agree with others, artificial colour. Glad I only bought a miniature.

    Poor quality

The colour of this whisky comes from E150 caramel colouring. Being described as “thick”, along with the ridiculously dark colour, suggests there’s a stupid amount of it, too. This is not something a discerning, picky customer would buy; the product relies on people newer to their whisky journey, and hopes to lure them in with its dark depths. There are many superb whiskies at this price point that don’t disrespect themselves... this is not one of them.

It is the very best young whiskey I’ve ever tasted!!!

It is the very best young whiskey I’ve ever tasted!!! It has a very complex taste, but without loosing its whisky essence. It should be drunk straight, preferably after cooling the glass by itself.

    Awful. Don't buy.

It's awful. Really awful. Pure caramel, with almost nothing else. Cracked the bottle open with a few friends, none of whom liked it. If I could return it I would. Did I say it was awful?
