Cask strength, single cask Speyburn here, distilled in 2009. It rested in a single ex-bourbon hogshead for a decade, until A.D. Rattray bottled it up for its Cask Collection at 53.5% ABV. Honeyed, fruity Speyside deliciousness galore!
Apple crumble and vanilla cream, along with a smidge of cinnamon butter.
Honeysuckle, tinned pineapple, and golden syrup.
Lemon curd, floral honey, and more vanilla.
