Single cask Swedish single malt from Smögen! This is a 6 year old whisky distilled back in October 2011 (using locally sourced barley, we might add!) and left to age in a sherry hogshead until March 2018. It was bottled at cask strength, producing just 422 bottles.
Flamed orange peel, clove, earthy peat soon to enter the kiln, stewed berries.
Fresh mango and tangy raspberry, underpinned by coastal salinity and soft smoke.
A lasting juxtaposition of savoury oak and juicy plum.
