A limited edition bottling of Slipknot's very own whiskey, made in collaboration with Cedar Ridge, created to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the band's second album, Iowa. This expression was made with a blend of 60% rye whiskeys and 40% bourbon whiskeys, making for a spicy sip. More than suitable for enjoying while listening to the aforementioned album...
Honeycomb, pepper crackers, a hint of orange zest.
Caramelised nuts, cinnamon, more peppery heat building, underlying corn sweetness.
Lasting hints of lemon and brown sugar.
Lovely whisky, nice kick at first and then a burst of flavours. Lovely to just sit down and relax and sip away too. Only criticism is that it didn’t look like it was completely filled to the top even tho it was sealed. Like the picture shows on the website didn’t seem the full 70cl compared to my other Slipknot No.9 whisky
