
A blended whisky, presented by Sixtowns in Stoke-on-Trent and housed in one of its signature ceramic bottles. The folks at Sixtowns have a background in supplying distilling equipment to distilleries across the country, and here they have collaborated with one of their partners in the Scottish Highlands. The whisky aged entirely in American white oak bourbon barrels before being bottled at 40% ABV.
Waves of oaken vanilla, caramel, and soft spices, backed by elegant notes of smoke.
Gently spicy notes of cinnamon and nutmeg are cushioned by butterscotch and vanilla, with delicate peat nestling beneath.
A good balance of burnt sugar, toasted oak, vanilla fudge, and distant smoke.
