This single malt hails from a secret Orkney distillery and it joins the 100 Proof Edition from independent bottler Signatory. Distilled in 2010, the whisky spent 14 years maturing in a host of first and second-fill oloroso sherry butts before it was bottled without chill filtration or added colour.
