The 2023 edition of Scallywag's wonderfully wintery blend of Speyside single malts was aged in oloroso and Pedro Ximinéz sherry butts and then bottled at 52.5% ABV with no colour added and no chill-filtration.

Nose
Figs and dates lead with chocolate-covered nuts, cinnamon, and vanilla latte.
Palate
Sweet poached fruits, nutty malt, dulce de leche, robust oak, and delicate hints of clove.
Finish
