This Bottled in Bond rye whiskey showcases the distillery's dedication, bringing together a high-rye mash bill with a low-rye mash bill, sour mash fermented and patiently barrel aged. It meets all the criteria for the 1897 Bottled in Bond Act, meaning the spirit was produced during one distillation season, at one distillery, aged in a federally bonded warehouse for at least four years, and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) in the USA.
