This is an Irish whiskey that has enjoyed a finishing period in bourbon barrels before being bottled as part of the Peaky Blinder range from Sadler's. The name comes from a street gang that was around in the late 19th and early 20th Century, a member of which you can see on the label - note the all important cap, which apparently was where the gang name originates.
Blackcurrant and apple, with a hint of vanilla toffee underneath.
Melted chocolate, apricots, toasted oak and dried peels.
A subtle hint of cinnamon sticks around on the finish.

At this price it’s batting well above average. Easy recommendation
Surprisingly good, easy on the palette, good price and a novelty tie back to the tv series.
Very smooth and moreish
Rubbish as as whisky drinker steer we clear was bought this as a girft
This is a blinder of a blend. Lovely soft and inviting nose. Smooth and almost delicate taste leads to a wonderfully dry prickly finish. Gorgeous.
