    Peaky Blinder Irish Whiskey

This is an Irish whiskey that has enjoyed a finishing period in bourbon barrels before being bottled as part of the Peaky Blinder range from Sadler's. The name comes from a street gang that was around in the late 19th and early 20th Century, a member of which you can see on the label - note the all important cap, which apparently was where the gang name originates.

    Tasty

This is soooo smooth. I'm actually surprised how great it is for the price. It was an impulse buy and I'll definitely be checking to see if there's more in stock

Good, Cheap, Fun to talk about for the TV show haha

Fairly nice whiskey bought on a whim. On first taste with lots of ice, it was very rough and alien to the palate. On second small drink with no ice and without smelling it; it is smooth and mellow while taken in sips. With a strong toffee flavor. A good whiskey for the price, but not one I'd mix and with a smell that will put you off it if you let it. Cork gave me a fright too it was fairly dark despite a great color on the whiskey.

2019 batch was great, 2020 I tried was undrinkable

I first bought and drank a couple bottles of this whiskey from a 2019 batch and it was fantastic. Probably the best Irish I have tried in this price range. Recently bought a couple from a May 2020 batch and couldn't even finish half a glass, it was that bad. Really mixed feelings about this whiskey now and unfortunately I will not be buying it again. Do not recommend unless you can find a 2019 batch somewhere - they had the cork covered with black wax back then, they don't that anymore.

    Would buy again.

Love it whether straight or as a long drink with a slice of lime ice and ginger ale.

    Bad taste.

    Bland and unimpressive.
