Released in March 2017, Roe & Co blended Irish whiskey marks Diageo's return to the Irish whiskey category having sold Bushmills a couple of years earlier. Roe & Co is bottled at 45% abv without chill filtration and is a blend of single malt and grain whiskeys matured exclusively in bourbon casks (a high proportion of which are first-fill).
Creamy, delightfully fragrant and remarkably rounded with notes of soft spice and mellow spun sugar along with warm hints of woody vanilla.
The quality and perfect balance of the blend is immediately apparent on the palate through its velvety texture and sweet flavours including spiced pears and vanilla.
Lingering and gentle, ending with a light creaminess.

Bought my first bottle last week. Going to buy my second bottle this week. First off the bottle itself is what caught my eye and I’m glad it did because this is very good whiskey. Consistent with spicy pear and that woody vanilla with a very pleasant creamy finish. This whiskey is only going to get better.
Just spent New Years in Dublin, tried this for the first time, outstanding, excellent taste, brought a bottle back to the states, they will love this stuff over the pond when you export
A very nice whiskey. However Bushmills Black Bush is superior in every way... I will give this a few more years to age and try it again... I think then it will be a really, really nice whiskey.
First taste and purchase on Tuesday Very nice indeed
I really liked this after thinking I wouldn't. Feels heavier than other blends I've tried which feel thin and don't have as much flavour. Would buy again as it's nice.
