An superb single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon, produced at the legendary Buffalo Trace distillery. Nice horse on the label too...
Figs, nuts, dry spices. Then big oak, hints of peppermint, butterscotch and black pepper.
Cocoa, rye spices, buttery toffee, tangy, puckering rye and oak interplay. Sour fruit too.
Walnut, honey, vanilla, toffee, anise, mint, spices.
Incredible. So much character.

I've seen mixed reviews on this bourbon, but I really love it. So creamy and smooth on the tongue; it really coats your mouth with so much goodness. The bottle is very pretty, and so is the liquid inside!
One of my favorites. Price at $45 wasn't bad.
Very hard to find in the states but it's one of the best I've had.
if like me your into Woodford, Bulleit, Makers, Four Roses or even TinCup then this is not for you. It's comes in a nice bottle but taste wise, we'll just was not me and a bit on the expensive side for what you get!
