Featuring a mash bill of 95% rye and just 5% malted barley, this expression offers up oodles of brown sugar, toasted grain, peppery spice, and zesty citrus notes. Each of Redwood Empire's whiskeys are named after specific trees, with Emerald Giant being name dafter the fastest growing redwood in the world.

Fantastic rye. Great dram. Sweet and savory. Cinnamon, rye toast, sweet, but not too sweet. Balanced. Highly recommend if you like rye or you want to begin your rye journey.
