An impressive addition to the Redbreast flock, this edition of the much adored single pot still Irish whiskey matured for a generous 18 years! The whiskey aged in a combo of bourbon barrels as well as casks seasoned with oloroso sherry, cream sherry, and ruby Port chosen by master blender David McCabe.

Nose
Sweet notes of red fruits and hedgerow berries, candied cherries, dried figs, and honeyed dates.
Palate
Characterful layers of tannic oak balance rich, fruit-forward sweetness, with juicy sultanas, blackberries, and plums.
Finish
Those dark fruit notes linger alongside hints of marzipan and warming oaken spice.
