
The result of a six-year passion project between Raasay and Arbikie, this unpeated single malt is a celebration of provenance, patience, and proper flavour.
Made using Concerto barley grown at Arbikie’s Highland estate and matured in Woodford Reserve Rye casks, it’s full of lush, herbal, and spicy character. It was bottled at 50.2% ABV, non-chill filtered and is natural in colour.

Green apple, banana, caramel, vanilla, candied plum, soft spice.
Gingerbread, brown sugar, stewed fruit and a crackle of black pepper.
Pine sap, mint chocolate and a savoury, herbal dryness.
