
A single malt from the Isle of Raasay Distillery vatted and bottled at a cask strength of 61.3% ABV. The whisky is the same recipe as the signature Isle of Raasay single malt, which matures peated and unpeated spirit separately in three distinct cask types – rye whiskey, virgin Chinkapin oak, and Bordeaux red wine.
Sherried fruit, lemon peel, caramel, and honeyed nuts.
Woody spices, peat smoke, red wine, raisins, black pepper, and toffee.
Toasted almonds and marmalade.
