Proper No. Twelve is a blended Irish whiskey produced with the help of former Bushmills distillery manager David Elder. Featuring malt and grain whiskeys drawn from bourbon barrels, nearly 100 blends were created before deciding upon the one in the bottle.
Vanilla pod, floral barley and a touch of sandalwood.
Orchard fruit and honey notes arrive first, backed up by a kick of white pepper.
Drying oak heat and a drizzle of caramel.
All marketing, zero quality. Terrible. Bottom shelf for sure.

As a Scotsman I do like Irish blends but I don't particularly like CM due to his antics inside and out of MMA. However this is actually quite good, probably not the best Irish blend, it did have an unusual aftertaste but is perfectly palatable certainly not rubbish as some have mentioned.
