Proper No. Twelve is a blended Irish whiskey produced with the help of former Bushmills distillery manager David Elder. Featuring malt and grain whiskeys drawn from bourbon barrels, nearly 100 blends were created before deciding upon the one in the bottle.
Vanilla pod, floral barley and a touch of sandalwood.
Orchard fruit and honey notes arrive first, backed up by a kick of white pepper.
Drying oak heat and a drizzle of caramel.

Repeat purchase of Proper 12. Enjoy this one a lot. Proper & ginger for me.
Hilariously bad whisky. Fair play to Conor for getting rich with it though.
If you're a fan of Conor, you'll love this whiskey. If you're a fan of whiskey, almost any other whiskey at this price will be for you. Proper 12 is very boring for my taste, but if you're not a whiskey drinker you'll probably like it, because it doesn't really taste of much.
Smooth, easy on the palate, a nice early evening tipple.
Great UFC champion from Dublin partners with Northern Ireland Distillery to make whiskey for him then sells out for many millions. Well played Conor but for the rest, the whiskey is overpriced and too artificial.
