Proper No. Twelve is a blended Irish whiskey produced with the help of former Bushmills distillery manager David Elder. Featuring malt and grain whiskeys drawn from bourbon barrels, nearly 100 blends were created before deciding upon the one in the bottle.
Vanilla pod, floral barley and a touch of sandalwood.
Orchard fruit and honey notes arrive first, backed up by a kick of white pepper.
Drying oak heat and a drizzle of caramel.
My “go to” is Tullemore Dew, but I figured I would give this a try. It’s not bad at all, put it on the rocks and see for yourself!
Would only buy again to clean my drains out.. even then I'm not sure it would do the job! Horrible liquid linked to an even worse person!
