Proper No. Twelve is a blended Irish whiskey produced with the help of former Bushmills distillery manager David Elder. Featuring malt and grain whiskeys drawn from bourbon barrels, nearly 100 blends were created before deciding upon the one in the bottle.
Vanilla pod, floral barley and a touch of sandalwood.
Orchard fruit and honey notes arrive first, backed up by a kick of white pepper.
Drying oak heat and a drizzle of caramel.
Didn't expect much at first, but after trying it, it is clear that all these negative reviews are from McGregor haters rather than from those who have actually tried this.
Had a blind tasting and it stood out for being truly horrendous. Don’t say you haven’t been warned!
Whisky is a drink to each persons aquiered taste. If you like whisky with a flavoursome kick that can’t be guzzled must be sipped and appreated this is the whisky for you ??
Lots of people have personal feeling about the guy who made it I think it's more about the whisky I think it's great very well done
