Proper No. Twelve is a blended Irish whiskey produced with the help of former Bushmills distillery manager David Elder. Featuring malt and grain whiskeys drawn from bourbon barrels, nearly 100 blends were created before deciding upon the one in the bottle.
Vanilla pod, floral barley and a touch of sandalwood.
Orchard fruit and honey notes arrive first, backed up by a kick of white pepper.
Drying oak heat and a drizzle of caramel.

I used to only drink Jameson and I never thought I would change, but this is liquid gold!
All things considered, this holds up against other mid-range whiskeys. Not the best, but certainly not worth the one star reviews.
Meh. Love whisky, but not impressed. Kinda like the Trump Casino's (and presidency)...intrigued by the name, but disappointed with the product.
