Proper No. Twelve is a blended Irish whiskey produced with the help of former Bushmills distillery manager David Elder. Featuring malt and grain whiskeys drawn from bourbon barrels, nearly 100 blends were created before deciding upon the one in the bottle.
Vanilla pod, floral barley and a touch of sandalwood.
Orchard fruit and honey notes arrive first, backed up by a kick of white pepper.
Drying oak heat and a drizzle of caramel.

I was quite surprised, despite the fact i always give a good review, this Proper 12 was better than i expected, it had all the notes of a proper irish whiskey, the honey notes and heather, smoooth, with barley malt notes, i think i need another dram ti guage it again, but the first was good, sweet, not in a bad way. I was kinda surprised about the bad reviews, and believe me, ive tasted proper crap before...and this is not it!
Very very smooth! Great tastes of honey. Only negative, you could drink many glasses of this whiskey. Not very strong. But tastes great!
I enjoyed this whisky very much.
This has to be the GOAT of whiskey!!!
