A barrel proof bottling of Elijah Craig 12 Year Old bourbon. Absolutely incredible stuff - powerful but not clumsy, it's an intense and awesome bit of whiskey deliciousness. This has been bottled at 69.4% ABV, so a drop or two of water ought to help bring out some of the deeper flavours.

Deliciously buttery, mixed with intense allspice and black pepper. A touch of mint leaf and green apple. Barrel char.
