Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

    Nose

Seashells, maritime quality, with sweet peat and coastal character. Fruit emerges with gentle mango and lime.

    Palate

Savoury, salty, and active on the palate with coal dust, chimney soot, soft, ripe fruits.

    Finish

A complex finish of marmalade and honey on burnt toast. Smoked meats complemented by more savoury character, fruit chutney, and gentle but lasting smoke.
