23-year-old single grain Scotch from Port Dundas, distilled in 2000 and bottled in 2023, after a 21-month finish in an Amontillado sherry hogshead. A total of 177 cask-strength bottles join the collection from indie bottler James Eadie.
Sticky ginger cake, baking spices, juicy sultanas, and a touch of treacle.
Dark chocolate and fruit cake open the way, with dried tropical fruits and candied citrus in tow.
Waves of creamy caramel, syrupy sponge, and a touch of peppery old oak.
