The malt whiskey in this blend is actually from the very stills that reside at Pearse Lyons Distillery at St. James, which is pretty cool.
Lemon blossom, porridge and oak char, with floral malt and honeyed spice.
Mint milk chocolate, fresh oak and millionaire's shortbread, leading into some drying spices.
