The yearly Paul John Christmas Edition whisky has arrived! This excellent Indian single malt has been matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, Port, and Madeira casks, offering up a host of festive flavours that most certainly suit a post-Christmas dinner dram. Always excited to see more expressions from the Paul John team in Goa.
Butterscotch, sweet peat smoke, almond, sultanas and raisins.
More dried fruit, with candied peels and ginger, followed by waves of vanilla and allspice.
Softly toasted cedar, cinnamon, a smidge of dark chocolate.
