A fabulously festive bottle of Indian single malt whisky, the Paul John Christmas Edition 2018 was created from a blend of unpeated and peated single malts from the distillers in Goa. An oloroso cask finish creates a real Christmassy feel to this expression, which was bottled at 46% ABV with no chill filtration.
Through Christmas cake, plum compote and floral honey there's delicate smoke.
Creamy nuttiness, dried fruit and winter spice combine in a rich and rewarding palate.
