Banana fritters, vanilla cream, goji berries and caramelised condensed milk lead to a touch of pancetta, candied lemon, apple chips, robust oak and cigar box spice. Burnt chocolate cake and rich charred wood develop beneath.
Big bold oak and creamy, lactic vanilla collide bringing a balance of custard and clove, fudge and candied ginger, with sweet sticky toffee, more of that caramel condensed milk and a touch of bitter citrus cushioning a subtle smidge of peppery smoke.
Sweet spices edge in, while cinder toffee, tonka bean and notes of milk stout balance a touch of peppery heat, charred herbs, and dark chocolate.
